"Eu já estou do outro lado"

Hoje um cliente, com os seus 70 anos, perguntou-me se o artigo que levava duraria muito tempo. Perguntou, sorrindo,se o mesmo duraria 20 anos. E brincou dizendo que ele não teria esses 20 anos para comprovar. Que "já estava do outro lado". Eu, sem saber o que dizer, disse-lhe que agora não é bem assim. Uns duram até aos 100, outros até aos 30, outros 52. É só verificar os últimos óbitos de pessoas famosas. O que o velho senhor resignado não sabia é que eu estou tão "do outro lado" quanto ele. Ás vezes sinto-me como se o próximo dia fosse um dia de clausura, numa prisão. O que por um lado só facilita. Como ter medo da morte se um dia de vida nos parece tão "pesado"? O senhor terá uns 10 a 20 anos de vida, se tudo correr bem. Eu terei o dobro, ou mais um pouco, se tudo correr bem. Independentemente disso, ninguém sente a idade que tem. Não sinto que tenha "aproveitado" 34 anos de vida, já os sinto a pesar, no corpo, no deteriorar das características físicas, mas não no prazer de vida. Acredito que com todos seja assim, ou a maioria dos insatisfeitos. Mas, como se satisfazer com "apenas" uma vida? Como coadunar a exigência da poesia da perfeição com a dura realidade da vida vazia, com pequenos traços de felicidade que temos de aceitar como frutos nutritivos e objectivo último. E a efémera? Viverá? Por ser um dia, viverá menos, terá menos felicidade? Conta-se a felicidade em dias? Como se mede a felicidade? Como se a obtém?
Melhor do que tudo. Como se recupera a esperança perdida? Deveriamos todos usar Prozac diariamente? Qual é o nosso Prozac? O meu, está esgotado. Ensinado ou por natureza, parece que só consigo ver o insuficiente da vida, o perdido, o que não tenho e o que queria ter, o que perdi. Não se consegue viver assim muito tempo.
Estarei eu "do outro lado" também? Pode-se estar morto respirando e indo trabalhar todos os dias?

Todos temos problemas.
Ultimamente tenho pensado de sobremaneira na morte, e nos dias que a vão anteceder, caso ela ocorra de forma natural no fim da minha existência ( com sorte ou azar, lá pelos 80 anos).
Ao que parece, o Eddie Vedder dos Pearl Jam conseguiu pensar no ocaso e estabelecer uma forma de o colocar numa música bonita e emotiva. Apenas respirar não me ajuda, mas...a vida não pára.Vamos lá respirar...

Uma aula em Yale, feita à minha medida...

Encontrei no Youtube esta aula de Psicologia em Yale.
Pelo facto de vivermos, em determinados momentos tentamos perceber em que raio nos metemos...Agrada-me imenso saber que as coisas em que penso foram já estudadas por muitos e que criei as minhas próprias teorias sem nunca os ter lido, mas pensando nas teorias deles. Isso significa que o raciocínio humano brota de todos de forma similar.



Em jeito de resposta, segue-se a forma de encarar a vida...:-)



E no final...a resposta yoga de Swami Satchidananda...demasiadas expectativas, demasiada dor... O egoísmo em nós pede que recebamos sempre algo em troca, da vida, das pessoas, do mundo. Esperamos, por isso temos problemas, passamos pelo "nível dor".
